Quick question about PayPal credit

Im looking into buying a very nice ring for my wife. I'm not sure she'll like what I pick lol. Im going to use PayPal credit with zales. If the ring is not liked, and I do return it to zales under the 30 days. Will i get a full refund to my PayPal credit?

If purchasing via Zales' online site, then you'll have to follow their return policy and the seller should issue a partial or full refund where applicable via PayPal and back to your PayPal Credit. If you and Zales cannot work things out, then you have 180 days to report a problem via PayPal. Please keep in mind that PayPal's purchase protection has limitations and does not cover refunds on buyer's remorse claims (ie. don't fit, changed mind, do not like, saw it some place else cheaper, bought my mistake, as described but does not meet expectations, etc). So using PayPal Credit may limit your dispute options as opposed to paying with a credit card via PayPal.

So it's best you read up on Zales' return policy to see they allow returns for any reason.

Issued refunds are returned to original funding source. Arrival times may vary:  

- Bank payments, 3-5 or 5-7 days, depending on your bank. 

- Cards/PayPal Credit, about a week, up to 30 days depending on your issuing card/PayPal. 

- PayPal balance, fairly instant. 

- Split payments between PayPal balance and card/bank, see above.
