I do not see PayPal mentioned anywhere on their website Or it doesn’t look obvious they are affiliated. However they are compatible with certain Plugins & Integrations that PayPal do like Woo Commerce. They are just a payment processor like PayPal but not affiliated.

They seem to handle US and cater to mostly African continent. Google “rave flutterwave reviews” to see if any reviews.
