Receive Money Algeria

Hello Everyone ! So recently i started using paypal and i'm planning on starting a dropshipping business , but the problem is i don't know if can receive money from customers on paypal, some people are telling that they've done it without problem while others told me i can't receive money. i tried to send to a friend but had an issue too , i don't know if it's because i didn't confirm my credit card bank account yet or just because i started using it recently. some friends that actually work with paypal suggested me to call the customer service , any advice please?

PayPal accounts in Algeria are able to send, receive, and withdraw funds to a linked US bank account or an Algeria registered Visa card.

In order for you to be able to receive payments to your PayPal account in Algeria, you must link, and keep linked, a US bank account, or Visa card.

Hi, Thanks a lot of answering ! i actually have my paypal account linked with a visa card issues from lithuanian bank ( paysera) , so i understood well , since i have a visa card linked , it means that i can receive and send , right?

Algeria is an automatic transfer country. If you don't have a Visa card linked to your account, you will not be able to receive payments (you will have a limited period of time to add a card before your receiving ability is disabled). 

PayPal requests that users link financial accounts registered in the country where their PayPal account was opened.

PayPal specifically states in the account functionality link I provided, that, withdrawals are to go "To your Visa card issued in Algeria".
