Dear Team,
I have purchased a fully refundable ticket on 12 March,2020 and cancelled on 15th march. I have talked to Lufthansa and they said, they have processed my refund on 23March. But till today I have not received my refund of 2360.97 EURO. So in short lufthansa refunded my money but it is not showing in Paypal!!! So I am wondering where my money is!!!!
I tried to create a dispute case , but it was rejected and then It was inadvertently closed. Now I tried calling paypal helpline but it is closed due to COVID.
So I sent a message through message center , but I am not receiving any response.
If there someone from paypal look into it and help me ?
