Are Gift Cards for PayPal discontinued? I wish I could pay those at a store and then redeem them. How is this impossible?

You can get the PayPal Prepaid cards at retailers and add value in the same transaction. They can be used in-store until redeemed. If you want to reuse/reload card, you can register the card online and even link it to your PayPal account to transfer funds from your PayPal balance to the card. The card can be purchased at drug stores or family dollar, dollar general, any where that sells gift cards.

The stores I go to do not sell any PayPal balance gift cards where I can just scratch off the code and add it to my PayPal Wallet.
