I created my PayPal account a few days ago. I linked my Fidelity checking account so that I could send money without fees. I have confirmed the account and it is officially linked to my PayPal account. However, when I go to send a payment, the only option available to me to send the money is via my debit card, which has a high fee associated with it. When I click on "change payment" on the payment screen, PayPal takes me to a blank screen and I can't get back to my payment. One attempt did give me the option to use my bank account, but it was only with a small test charge. When I tried it again with a larger charge, I could not choose my bank account. I tried again with that same small amount and it did not work again.
I called the help center, but they were unable to help me and kept insisting that the problem was something other than what I was describing. I'm hoping someone else has an answer to this problem. Thanks!

It could be your Fidelity checking account?
It is not like your regular bank checking account?
