Hey,
I have purchased Tiege Hanley LVL 2 Acne Complex and money was charged from my paypal account immediately.
Yesterday was my renewal day on Tiege Hanley Website, but it said that something had went wrong, then I contacted Tiege Hanley support/help team and now they say, transaction was blocked by PayPal and I have to contact PayPal support/help. But I see, there is not any blocked payments or refunded money on my PayPal account, so is there anything wrong with PayPal, or is it just Tiege Hanley's problem?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.

I really appreciate your attention. Fortunately, problem was solved.
They were talking about the second complex box, which I am not going to purchase yet. I thought problems were connected to my first purchase, which I haven't received yet.
