As the title says; I'm trying to make a transaction to an artist in Japan, but they accept payment only through PayPay. From my short research, PayPay is like Japan's smartphone cashless payment service.
I am currently in Indonesia, and therefore have no access to that PayPay app.
Is there any way for me to reach them through PayPal?
