UberEats saying "PayPal: Your payment method is invalid. Please update your billing settings."

Okay so this one is kind of frustrating me to try and solve. So last week, I've been able to make orders on UberEats, using my paypal account. Then all of a sudden, when I tried to checkout an order, UberEats said "PayPal: Your payment method is invalid. Please update your billing settings." But I don't know where to update it, and I've already contacted my bank to ask if they were declining PayPal payments to UberEats. My paypal still works, as I can use it on other websites that aren't UberEats. I'm really confused and hungry. What do I do?

I have this problem as well, however my problem is with Uber in general (trying to schedule a ride home from a place once a week, in Australia) and it's a problem since I made my account last week, so it has not worked at all before.
