I have been trying to receive payment from my Gumroad, Inc.'s online store. I'm not allowed to receive any payments at this point, my last and only successfully received payment was on April 6, 2019. Since then, and for the past 9 months, weekly payments have been sent to me but they have all been rejected by PayPal.
- I'm unable to send or receive payments through Paypal.ME
- I tried creating a brand new account using a different email handle, but I'm facing the same problems.
- I'm unable to select my PayPal balance as a preferred payment source over my Debit Card, which leaves me unable to spend my balance.
I need assistance with what could be the problem(s) and what I need to do to solve it(them).
