Unclaimed cash load

I loaded $50 at the Safeway cash register tonight & that transaction is being listed as Pending on my PayPal account saying its "Unclaimed". My receipt from safeway says it's a Green Dot Network Reload. I just swiped my PayPal Business Debit Card at the register & choose Add Funds. What's going on??

Any official response from Paypal?
