Uncollected Funds Charge?

I got charged $35 for uncollected funds after making a payment with PayPal. I did not overdraft or anything, trying to contact customer service and my bank right now. Any ideas? I'll keep updated..

I had the same thing happen. Haven’t heard back on why either.
