Yesterday I charged my PayPal account on YouTube for a $1.99 super chat and then I did three more $1.99 super chats. I went to my PayPal to check my balance when I saw that only one $1.99 super chat was charged. I brushed it off thinking the other ones didn’t get to the YouTuber correctly, but today I bought some add ons for a mobile game and I got the things on the game but my PayPal account had no change whatsoever. I waited for a couple hours and the game still had the things and the account was never charged. On my IPhone I only have one payment method and that’s my PayPal.
