VOID Transaction. Where is my refund?

So basically I made a purchase on November 2nd to JD Sports for 216.60. That same day the transaction was cancelled and it says VOID -216.60. Now there is another statement under the VOID one saying 216.60 and it says PENDING but I don't have me refund yet its been 5 days and I don't have nothing yet. Does it say PENDING because the REFUND is pending or why is it PENDING? What should I do? Thanks

The order process is different in terms of funding the transaction. An order or authorization is an agreement between you and the merchant to purchase an item for a set amount. The buyer authorizes the seller to take money from their PayPal account to pay for a purchase. The status of your authorization appears in your PayPal transaction history under ‘Payment status.’

Here are the 5 statuses of an authorization:

• Pending: The seller hasn’t accepted the payment yet. Some sellers wait until an item has been posted and received before they accept the payment.
• In Progress: A partial amount of the payment has been accepted.
• Complete: The seller accepted the entire payment amount.
• Voided: The seller cancelled the payment.
• Expired: A payment automatically expires after 30 days. Contact the merchant if you would like to rearrange payment.

As the merchant has not completed the order and collected the funds, no payment has processed through PayPal and the funds are still held with the bank. Please contact your bank and advise them that this transaction has been cancelled and they will release the funds back into your available bank balance.
