we placed an order with VS . When we wanted to confirm the order it was rejected. We repeated the order a second and third time with the negative result. When we checked the status of our order we found 3 orders pending. We tried to cancel them but it was impossible. Very frustrating, no one to contact or phone. Will we pay three times the same goods ? How to stop this ? Will they ship three times. Is this a software issue ? Thanks.
