I doubt it. Zelle is a PayPal competitor after all. Its not as simple as just giving your PayPal Cash direct deposit account and routing number.
You enroll with the Zelle app using your online banking username and password (and remember PayPal isn't a bank) so you hit a wall right there.
When you’re prompted to provide your online banking username and password, you’ll be directed to your bank’s secure site. After you enter your online banking information, you’ll be redirected back to the Zelle app.
Or, access Zelle through your bank's mobile banking app directly.
Or, enroll with the Zelle app, enter your basic contact information, an email address and U.S. mobile number, and a Visa® or Mastercard® debit card with a U.S. based bank account.
You can go ahead and give it a college try but I have not found anything on the net mentioning that you can use Zelle and PayPal together the way you say. Nor has PayPal promoted any such feature.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
