I'm assuming you're seeing that in your activity log next to the transactions..??
That just means you can hide that transaction from the list. For example, if you have a transaction added to your books already (ie. Quicken/QuickBooks/Spreadsheet or whatever) then you might want to archive it so it doesn't keep showing up in the list.

So archiving hides it from view online until you download reports and it reappears there?
