Why do services like Zelle and CashApp allow instant transfer but paypal takes multiple days?

So paypal is connected to my bank account and my credit card instant verified through wells fargo. I also verified my ID, My Social and my address. But when i attempt a transfer it takes multiple days to send/receive money that way.
I use Cash App and Zelle to send/receive money all the time and these services offer instant transfer. I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong where i have to wait multiple days just to send money from my bank account to paypal or vise-versa. Seems a lil unnecessary.
Any insight much appreciated.

The impression I get is that Zelle is run by the banks. Cashapp, no idea. Newer system/company? PayPal is the oldest and they are also process commercial payments and developing checkout integration for merchants, not just transferring personal payments. They're just different and have their own system and is worldwide and they use ACH, the slowest service because it is cheap hence free transfers. If Zelle and Cashapp is faster for you then use them.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
