How can I connect Mollie payment to my PauPal-account?

Unfortunately, the Mollie dashboard has a button "connect to PayPal". If you click on that, PayPal asks you for your email-address and wants you to log-in. After logging in to our business-account, nothing at all happens. No request to confirm the connection or alike. No email either.
I asked the PayPal Customer-Support. No answer. Just a message that my question will be given to another department. I waited for 2 days. Then I asked the PayPal Customer Support again. No answer, nothing.
Quite frustrating.
Anyone got a clue?
