paypal vs Paypal checkout

HI there

I want to buy some mobile componets from china to greece.The site have 2 methods for that.

1:Paypal

2:checkout with paypal

With paypal i dont more charges but with checkout i have some charges more

I cant understand if i pay from paypal straight if i have more charges when delivery come hre.
