I had planned to pay $27.31 (+ $2.69 processing fee) each month (from Jan to Jun) via Paypal on payusatax.com as Estimated Tax Payments.
That worked well in January, February and March, but since then, whenever I choose Paypal to pay, the usual Paypal pop-up window appears, but instead of properly loading my account, it remains blank and closes on its own after a second or two.
