receiving money in Rwanda

hello, there is a serious problem where I can't receive money because, that option is not supported for Rwandan PayPal users,

why, why why???

Paypal varies country to country on what services it can offer.

A lot depends on what the governments or banks of that country allow them to do.

Rwanda is one of quite a few countries where they are not supported in offering paypal as a way to receive funds.
