this total av auto charge

total av antivirus charge me  with this auto charge. how can i  refund the charge they made. should i do the chargeback.

 but i also want to make sure that it wont appear on my billings paypal made.

 i already talked to total av and cancel all the charges they made today, and delete my account by my request.

but im not sure if paypal already payed for it, i already got my receipt and transaction id does it mean is it already payed?

pls help me. if payed how do i get my money back.

 the complaint section of paypal is hard to use.

I'm sorry to hear about the unexpected charge from a billing agreement. If the billing agreement was canceled before the charge was made, it can be reported to PayPal. If the cancellation occurred after the charge was made, the recourse that you have is to request that the merchant provide you with a refund.

To make sure that the billing agreement is completely canceled in your PayPal account, please follow these steps.
