Any other way to contact Braintree sales team??

Is there any other to contact Braintree sales team, they are not responding to the form submitted and the call is not being answered at all.
I tried to call several times and the call is forwarded to Australia and no one is answering it. On the paypal US and Canada side I waited for more then an hour and once they answered it I was forwarded to the "concerned team" 5 time and finally no one was answering it after 2 hours.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues contacting our Braintree team. Merchants can email Braintree support at support@braintreepayments.com. I would also advise using this form: Contact Us - Braintree (paypal.com). Once you send in your request, this will be escalated to the relevant team. I cannot advise on timeframes for a response at this time. I hope this helps and your issue is resolved. I appreciate your patience.
