Thank you for your post and welcome back to the Community! I understand how you would like to use PayPal Credit the way you would like to. I'll be happy to help with some information!
There are two issues here:
PayPal Credit will always have to be paid monthly, once a month, 12 months a year. There may be differences in the promotional offers for how long the purchase will be interest-free. Different promotional offers may be available at different times in different countries. If the offer is made and you do not yet have PayPal Credit, you will still have to go through an application process to check eligibility.
Your account appears to be registered in Bulgaria. If you reside in UK, you will need to create an account that is designated as a UK account, and go through all verification and confirmation steps for that account. If you no longer live in Bulgaria, you should close the current account so that there will not be difficulty doing so at a later date when you might not be able to meet any informational requirements.
