Create an item/listing/product with seller profile?

PayPal advertises the above feature for seller profiles, but after creating one I've been unable to find a way to create a listing for a product/service. I've tried both the website and the mobile app, with no luck. Searching online for answers yielded no results, neither on PayPal's support site nor Bing/Google. The closest thing I could find was a link to a support article titled "How do I create a Sell on Social link on social media?" which no longer exists.

Is this feature not yet available/no longer available? Thanks in advance for the insight!

Install the PayPal Business app and log on with your personal account.

In the Quick Actions section, tap Sell on Social to create your listing.
