Customers can not complete purchase on WIX Bookings

I use WIX Bookings and have for years through paypal. All of a sudden my customers can not complete a payment. Once they fill out their information on my site and it redirects them to PayPal then it takes them back to my site to complete the purchase. Now all of a sudden the button to select to confirm and send payment is greyed out and customers can not make their purchase. WIX says that it is PayPal timing out or taking to long and it times out. PayPal says thier stuff is fine mean while I have no sales since March 18th. What do I do to fix this.
