Hi, can someone direct me on how to buy or get PayPal card in Paris France? because I have been trying for the past few days to buy it online through my PayPal app account but I can not even find the icon for soliciting for PayPal card in the page. Has PayPal stop taking clients from France that is why buying PayPal options is not longer available to we France people on app account or there is problem at the moment & people residing in France can not buy PayPal card online through app account. Your positive response are well appreciated
