Has PayPal implemented Pay in 4 to New Zealanders?

Kia Ora (Hello) all.

I'm just wondering if PayPal has introduced Pay in 4 to people living in New Zealand? I can't seem to find any information regarding whether they have or not. Last time I asked a PayPal employee about it was quite a while ago and they stated at the time that Pay in 4 wasn't available in New Zealand yet so I'm just wondering if it's changed.
