Hi,
I am trying to use my shopping credit that I get from Honey, but when I am trying to pay with paypal at check out this option doesnt showed up. I tried on Aliexpress and on Pull and Bear. In the terms and conditions said It will apply this automatically on the next valid purchased. How we know wich retailers accept this? Very confusing, we should be able to use the credit in any store with the option of paypal pay.

This is almost a scam with Paypal. The voucher can only be used on eligible purchases from stores that accept these vouchers. Almost no store accepts them as they're technically not a voucher but a discount code, which is why most stores don't accept them as they have the potential to give large discounts on products.
You will find almost no store accepting them. This is also why the use by date is around 2 years as it gives you plenty of time to potentially find one store that accepts them in the 2 year period. The voucher is marketed as being a general voucher that can be used on most/all purchases when it's not the case at all. The shopping voucher was never an option until Paypal took over Honey and added this. This also means that Paypal/Honey don't have to fork out money on real vouchers and can offer this, in the hopes people (myself included) think they'll be able to get a £ discount on their order through paypal. You can't and so Paypal don't have to spend money giving you gift cards, the transaction is final so you can't reverse it and paypal don't make a loss on anything as the voucher cannot be spent due to no stores accepting them.
I've checked around 100 stores so far and not one accepts it, ebay, etsy, zavvi and so on do not accept these vouchers and i'll be very surprised if I find a store in the next 2 years that does.

Hi,
Did Honey help at all? I'm in the same position, been looking at all different types of online stores and none accept the credit voucher so I'm currently £50 out of pocket.
Thanks,
Perry

I have the same problem. I have looked everywhere to find an 'eligible purchase', I don't think it exists, in the UK at least.
Does anyone know if they can be converted back to gift cards?
