Just add card to your Amazon account:

1. On Amazon.com, sign in to your account.
2. Click the Account & Lists drop-down list, and choose Your Account.
3. Click Payment options.

I don’t have the entire PayPal credit card number, expiration date available for the account on Amazon.

Thank you for your reply. I wanted to bring a little further information. If you're referring to the PayPal Credit product and not a physical card, it cannot be added to an Amazon account. PayPal Credit is designed to be utilized in PayPal checkouts, and cannot be used like a credit card on other sites. I'm sorry for any inconvenience or confusion.
