How do I know if I'm eligible for Pay In 4?

I'm trying to use Paypal's Pay In 4 feature and according to the eligibility criteria: "PayPal Pay in 4 will only appear as an option at checkout for consumers who have a PayPal account in good standing and for eligible purchases valued between $30 and $1,500.", I should be eligible to use it. However I got the error message saying it's not available for me. I have been a long time user and as far as I'm aware I've never had an issue with my account and the purchase in question is $100. What do I need to look out for to know I'm eligible?
