How does the charity I am donating to know which donation was from me?

Hello, I donate the money from selling items on eBay to a charity that is registered with the PayPal giving fund. They want to find the donation that I have sent them but I don't know how they can tell it's from me. What details appear on their received payments? Also does it come up with the name or address that appears on my PayPal or eBay profile? Thank you
