How to create an invoice from Excel spreadsheet?

Every month, I have an Excel spreadsheet with a list of jobs from a client, each with different prices.

I need to create an invoice with at least the name of the job and the price.

 

It seems there used to be a PayPal invoicing Excel add-in but now it's gone.

 

What's the easiest way to create an invoice from an Excel spreadsheet? I'm not talking about batch invoicing.
