I can't pay after 30 days after it worked well before

So, I can't pay later. Everytime I click on the option "pay after 30 days" it says "Unfortunately, based on the information we have evaluated, we cannot offer you an e-money service. The decision on your application was made through an automated process." I don't understand why. It worked well before.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to use our Pay in 30 services. I know this must be frustrating. Our decision process is automated. We assess your financial position using a combination of the information you provided within your application and information about your usage and history with PayPal to decide whether PayPal Pay in 30 is suitable for you at this time.

 

If you apply during checkout and are declined for PayPal Pay in 30, you can still use PayPal to check out securely with your debit or credit card.

 

If you want to re-apply, you will be able to do so 35 days after your last application.
