I haven't received my Venmo sign-up bonus yet. How do I contact customer service?

I signed up for Venmo using the link in my Paypal account. I haven't received my $10 bonus yet.  I already submitted a support ticket via Venmo. Who can I contact at Paypal to resolve this?
