I've been trying to get help from Payal customer support multiple times on a weekly basis for the past 3 months regarding cash back rewards points that i never received, purchased through the "Deals" offers for a Vitamix. I cannot count how many Paypal support people I have repeatedly spoken to over the phone and over chat, and not one single person has contacted me back FOR 3 MONTHS!!! I made a purchase through the "Deals" section on the website. None of the support reps can even acknowledge that it exists, even though it's on their main page. I spent countless hours explaining that i did not use a Paypal credit card, nor was it required, and that it's an offer on the website. I've had tickets open, and i still have conversations saved in my messages where support promised to get back to me. But nobody has. I don't know what to do anymore. I've been given so many phone numbers to call. I cannot believe what a nightmare this has become. Anyone know what to do?
