Kroeger's loyalty program cash back

I had cash back money transferred from a Kroeger loyalty  account but don't see it. Is there a delay?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving your cashback from Kroger. I pulled the following information from a Kroger Cash Back FAQ page I think you may find useful: 

"If you sent your Cash Back Reward earnings to PayPal and are not seeing your transfer, please check the following:

1. Is your PayPal account registered and verified? 
   If you have not fully completed registering your PayPal account, your transfer may enter an unclaimed state, click here.
2. Did you enter and verify the correct PayPal email address when cashing out?
   Please ensure the correct email address is linked to your PayPal account when cashing out your Cash Back Rewards."

Here's what that would mean on PayPal's side. To be registered and verified, you would just need to complete the steps listed here. And then for your email address, you would just need to make sure it's confirmed with the steps listed here.
