Hi there i am wondering if its possible to use a virtual debit card and shop online to spend my paypal balance i live in Republic of Ireland . I don't want to transfer or withdraw funds from my wallet to my bank account .

Business PayPal accounts in the Republic of Ireland can apply for a Business Debit Mastercard. This allows you to pay in shops directly with your available PayPal balance, without going through your bank account.
