Pay In Three Payment - Nike order not showing up.

Hey,

 

I just made an order for a shirt from Nike on my Mac, I chose to pay through "Pay-In-Three" and PayPal took the money out of the card I have attached to my account (as the way I usually pay using PayPal). At the end of organising the payment as usual on the Nike site, the 1st payment came out of my account and yet on the Nike site, it said something along the lines of "there was a problem with the payment"; Although the payment went through and the "Pay-In-Three" scheme is on my PayPal account and app, my Nike order isn't there nor have I received a confirmation email of any kind, even from PayPal.

 

It says the payment is in progress on my PayPal app and "Authorisation in progress", was just wondering if this means my Nike order will show up when this has finished authorising or whether I need to contact Nike/PayPal to get this sorted out, just concerned with the message I received following the payment on the Nike site and if perhaps there has been a payment error?

Welcome back to the Community! 

I understand you're having difficulty with a purchase through Nike using Pay in 3, and I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like your payment is a pending authorization, which we will automatically void after 30 days if the merchant doesn't complete the transaction. However, some merchants wait to complete a transaction until the item is ready to ship. I suggest contacting Nike, if you haven't already, to confirm if they're shipping the item. If they aren't, you can ask them to cancel the pending authorization from their PayPal account. I do not recommend submitting another transaction until the first one is canceled to be on the safe side.
