PayPal Cash Card

Hello! i have been trying to set up my Paypal Cash Card but it says “PayPal can’t offer you a cash Card right now” or something along those lines and i was wondering what that means and also why can’t they offer me one

Have you set up a paypal balance account by receiving a payment and setting one up?

i don’t have any money in the balance account currently, could that be why? do i need to have money in there to be able to get a cash card?

Can you see the word balance in your account or is it missing?

I don't mean funds, just the words paypal balance and then under it 0.00?

Then you would need to ask customer services why the option is not available for you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
