PayPal Credit 0% Interest for 4 months offer, Does it hurt your credit score if not paid in full?

Simple as the title, just trying to understand how the "Offers / promotions" actually work.

I understand If you don't pay it off in time the offers is removed and 21% APR gets slapped onto the item and I guess you just start paying it monthly as apart of your minimum monthly payment.

But does it hurt your credit score if you loose the offer? or only if you proceeded to then miss the monthly payments?

I assume it absolutely would but becasue they are "Offers / Promotions" only usable on selected services I'm not sure.

Thanks

No, it doesn’t hurt your credit score if you do not pay it all up by the time the ‘offer’ expires. It hurts your credit score if you are in default (or don’t keep up payments) of your PayPal Credit account in general.
