PayPal Credit payoff program?

During COVID Paypal offered a program to let me close my account and make small payments with no more interest of fees to accrue.

This has worked out well for me as my income has never recovered to pre-pandemic levels.

However a friend of mine used her savings to make her PayPal credit payments instead of the program only because she thought eventually things would get back to normal, however its only worse. Now her savings is drained and she needs a program like that. You think they would since they were willing to accept it then and technically COVID is not gone but the program is removed and now she needs it. Does PayPal offer any help at all even close to that Pandemic program? 

Seems a shame that someone who kept making full payments to them from her savings gets punished now for it.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can definitely understand your concern for your friend and other's financial wellness during this time. Currently, I do not know of any program that is still ongoing from the COVID pandemic that would benefit PayPal Credit repayments. However, I would still recommend reaching out to PayPal Credit to see if they are offering any other financial hardship programs for their repayments. You can find their contact info at the bottom of this PayPal Credit FAQ page.

She did that already and they guy pretty much harassed her saying she needs to catch up all payments immediately or X will happen. After she got upset he then said they would mail out a program but it could not be emailed or done via the web portal. 4 weeks later and she has no mail.
