My advice is to deal with a "real bank" Mastercard . Paypal customer service could NOT answer my simple question about loading funds onto my card. I had to listen to a never ending automated calling machine that never gave me an option for nearly 12 minutes and finally I got the option to say "something else". When I finally got a real person on the phone, she sounded as if she had asthma and told me she would have to transfer me to another department that would be better suited to answer my question. It took her nearly 5 minutes to transfer the call that led to another distorted elevator music far to loud be blasted in my ear along with a repeated message of how "important" my call was to them. They NEVER answered. This day was my first day to receive the card. After endless waiting and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I ended the call and took a pair of scissors and cut the card to shreds and told myself, THIS is why we have "real" banks. Stop using "wannabe banks". The real banks are where you will find true customer service and people who know how to resolve issues and answer all your questions. And just for the record, if you have selected a preferred method of payment for your account, Paypal disregards that option and uses other options first. I have lost all faith in what "used to be" a great service.
