Payment Options

There was a time earlier this year that I had several ways to make payment for items, including the Pay In 4 option. Now, I can't seem to get that option anymore. The PayPal representatives or agents are no help at all, not giving me a specific reason why I'm not receiving that option. What gives? Are there any other payment sites that I could use that will give me the Pay In 4 or something similar other than PayPal? It's getting annoying at this point. Could someone give me some guidance, input or assistance, please?

Pay in 4 is not available for certain merchants and goods. If you choose Pay in 4 as your payment method when you check out with PayPal, you will be taken through the application process. You will get a decision instantly but not everyone will be approved based on our internal checks.
