not sure if this is the right place. last weekend & today (i'm a market trader) my card reader kept 'shutting down' (quote) when the customer went to put their pin in (it said shutting down, and would turn off). this is really frustrating and time consuming. i have to turn it on again and only seems to work (more likely anyway) if the transaction goes ahead with the card reader plugged into my charger. it doesn't shut down either because the battery is low as it isn't, i keep it constantly charged up as it tends to play up when the battery starts to run down.
anyone else had this/know of any tips? thanks
