Ship Station Error Message. Can't Transfer Wallet Funds

Have printed a few labels on Shipping Station, but continue to receive this error message:
Purchase Error
Error transferring wallet funds. Please refresh the page or try again later.
Logout and log back in. Does not help.
What is the solution?

Alright guys I manage to fix it.
There's a step by step tutorial from PayPal on this link Purchase Errors – PayPal Shipping Center Help (shipstation.com)
Scroll down to Error Transfering Wallet Funds dropdown menu and go to Personal or Business account. Follow the steps and you should be good. I had a claim openned so that was blocking myself using shipstation on paypal.
