Shoppix rewards

Hi. I am using shopping app and I have chosen to receive my £10 reward to be send over by PayPal. The request has been send a week ago. The email addres do match on both accounts. Please help

No... and there doesn't appear to be one coming. There was one reply from someone saying we do 'Sympathize' what good is that going to do when you're trying to run a business. If there are so many of us on this community experiencing this problem, something needs to be sorted about this issue??  otherwise, what's the point of having a community if nothing is achieved moving forward?

I've cashed out £20 PayPal from Shoppix 8 days ago and not received mine either!

I have the same issue.  Up until now all payments have been fine for me to my PayPal account from Shoppix, but on 2 March 2023 I requested my £10 reward payment to my PayPal account (same email as usual) and no confirmation was received via email this time nor any payment into my PayPal account.  They are not responding to emails to their support email address and given the recent reviews on Trustpilot it seems others are also having issues getting Shoppix to pay them.  Perhaps they have become a scam company or are having technical issues, but whatever the case, they don't seem to be doing anything to fix it, so I've stopped uploading receipts until I can be confident they are not a fraudulent company.
