Used pay in 3. Authorisation in progress.

Used pay in 3 through argos. My account say authorisation in progress. Has said that for over 3 hrs now. However argos have not confirmed the order, and no money has moved from my account. Is this normal? Or has something gone wrong.

Confirm with merchant that they received an order.

 

If merchant hasn’t, then the order failed and the authorization will expire in a few days.
