Why is pay in 4 not showing up on walmart.com anymore?

I've used pay in 4 multiple times at walmart.com in the past but now it's not giving me the option to do it anymore. I have 1 plan on my pay in 4 and always paid others off on time ect.

I no longer can use it either.

I have contacted PayPal at least 20 times over the last 3 weeks and they say its Walmart.  I call Walmart and they say its PayPal.

It's a blaming the other and nothing is being fixed and I had spent so much money at Walmart using the pay in 4.

Same here,  I can use it at other retailers and online sites, but walmart the option doesn't show up.... is there any reason or resolve

Been using on Walmart .com for months now it's no longer available, I guess they don't want our business then.
